Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 01111-2011 "Test Method for Appearance and Dimensional Change of Adhesive Lining after Enzyme Washing". With FZ/T 01111-the main technical changes compared to 2011 are as follows.

---Adjusted the standard range;

---Added the terms and definitions of enzyme washing (see Chapter 3);

---In equipment and utensils, the constant temperature oven (see 4.3 in the 2011 edition), thermometer (see 4.5 in the 2011 edition) have been deleted, and the accompanying for test objects (see 5.11), the requirements for measuring tools (see 5.4, 4.4 in the 2011 edition) have been adjusted;

---Adjusted the number of samples (see 7.1.1, 7.2.1, 6.1, 6.2 of the 2011 edition) and the result evaluation requirements (see Chapter 9, 2011 Chapter 8 of the edition);

---Adjusted the order of inactivation treatment and exhaustion of washing liquid (see 8.6, 8.7, 7.6, 7.7 of the 2011 edition);

--- Adjusted the last dehydration time (see 8.9, 7.9 in the 2011 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the evaluation of the appearance change and the dimensional change of the combined sample of the adhesive interlining and the standard fabric.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Enzymewashing

The process of washing in an aqueous solution of cellulase at a prescribed temperature and pH.

4 Principle

The combined sample of the adhesive interlining and the standard fabric is washed in the cellulase aqueous solution at the specified temperature and pH, and then evaluated with the evaluation sample.

The level of appearance change, test the dimensional change of the adhesive lining enzyme wash.

5 Equipment and utensils

5.1 Pressing machine. in line with the regulations of FZ/T 01076.

5.2 Industrial washing machine. The technical parameters meet the requirements of QB/T 2323-2017, and the recommended capacity is 10kg.

5.3 Appropriate marking printing device.

5.4 Steel ruler. comply with GB/T 19022, its length is greater than 300mm, and the graduation value is 0.5mm.
