Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is based on the current national quality management standards and geological exploration unit qualification management system, targeting China's geological exploration industry and land.

The characteristics of the qualitative exploration activities, combined with the status of the organization and resource allocation of the geological exploration unit, are compiled with reference to relevant standards.

This standard is proposed and managed by the Ministry of Land and Resources of the People's Republic of China.

Introduction

GB/T 19001 has been introduced into the geological exploration industry for more than 20 years, and it has played a role in guiding and standardizing the quality management activities of geological exploration units.

A very good role has promoted the improvement of the quality management level of geological exploration units. But because the geological exploration unit will convert GB/T 19001 when it comes to the quality management standards of the unit, there are different situations in which the standard terms are different, and the scale of the standard is different, which is not conducive to geological exploration units.

The overall improvement in the quality management level. To unify the quality management requirements of geological exploration units and promote the geological exploration qualification management regulations (State Council Order Implementation of No. 520), under the leadership of the Geological Exploration Department of the Ministry of Land and Resources, the China Geological Survey will be related to the geological exploration industry.

Based on extensive research and reference to other industry quality management standards, based on GB/T 19001-2008 and current and geological exploration lines National standards and norms related to industry quality management, combined with the characteristics of geological exploration work and the status quo of quality management of geological exploration units, jointly formulated this standard.

This standard basically covers the quality management activities of geological exploration units, and is the basic requirement and unified line of quality management of geological exploration units.

As a guideline. The parts not covered by this standard shall be subject to the relevant national standards.

Geological exploration unit quality management norms

1 Scope

This standard stipulates the organization and responsibilities of the quality management of the geological exploration unit, resource allocation and management, project establishment and contract management, Basic requirements for procurement management, project implementation process management, inspection, evaluation and improvement of quality management activities.

This standard is applicable to the quality management activities of geological exploration units engaged in geological exploration work. Other similar units may refer to implementation.

3 Terms and definitions

In addition to the terms and definitions used in the normative references, this specification makes the following terms and definitions based on the characteristics of the geological exploration industry.
