CNCA-C09-02:2026 is the Chinese compulsory certification (CCC) implementation rule "Implementation rules for compulsory certification - Portable power banks, lithium-ion batteries and battery packs", issued by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA) on May 31, 2026 with CNCA Announcement No. 7 of 2026.

It replaces the earlier version CNCA-C09-02:2025.

The rule applies to the power banks listed in the CCC catalogue, including conventional power banks, portable energy storage systems and mobile power supplies for camping and outdoor use, weighing no more than 18 kg and with a total rated battery capacity above 600 mAh, and to the lithium-ion batteries and battery packs used in power banks and in portable electronic products.

It adds the mandatory national standard GB 47372-2026, Safety technical specification for power banks, to the certification basis, alongside GB 4943.1 and GB 31241.

From May 31, 2026 to March 31, 2027 certification may be carried out under either the previous or the revised rules; from April 1, 2027 all certification follows the revised rules, and existing certificates must be converted by that date.
