Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces CJ/T 81-1999 "Mechanical Stirring Clarifier Mixer." Major technical changes compared to CJ/T 81-1999 as follows.

--- Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

--- Removed the type of mixer definition (see 1999 version 3.3);

--- Remove the legend in the form of specifications (see the 1999 version of Figure 1 and Figure 2);

--- Modify the specifications and basic parameters (see 4.2, 1999 version 3.2);

--- Added material chapter (see Chapter 5);

--- Modify part of the technical requirements (see Chapter 6, 1999 edition Chapter 4);

--- Remove the transfer mechanism (see 1999 version 4.4);

--- Increased transportation and storage requirements (see 9.3);

--- Removed the environmental conditions and reliability requirements and durability requirements (see 1999 version 4.1 and 4.11);

--- Remove the field test and inspection (see 1999 edition of Chapter 5);

--- Modify the test methods and inspection rules (see Chapter 7 and Chapter 8, see the 1999 edition of 5.2);

--- Modify Appendix A (informative) Mixer structure type legend (see Appendix A, see the 1999 edition of Appendix A);

--- Deleted Appendix B two reaction chamber floor hole size and limit deviation (see the 1999 edition of Appendix B).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, specifications and basic parameters, materials, requirements, test methods, testing Rules, marking, packaging, shipping and storage.
