Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces CJ/T 3021-1993 "Drainage pipeline gas seal plate sealing tube plugging," compared with the CJ/T 3021-1993 to technical changes are as follows.

--- Increasing the definition of sealant, sealing plate, stopper and rubber band (see 3.2,3.3,3.4,3.5);

--- Increasing the type of metal plate material (see 3.3);

--- Increasing the type of seal pipe plug structure (see Chapter 4);

--- Increased the immobilizer inactive hinge and active articulated two types of definition (see 5.1);

--- Modify the material requirements, the original standard technical requirements section adjusted to a chapter of materials (see Chapter 6, 1993 edition of 5.1);

--- Modify the appearance of the sealing ring requirements (see 7.1.1, 1993 edition of 5.2.1);

--- Increasing the sealing plate, sealing rubber ring and rubber band structure (see 7.2.1, Figure 2);

--- Modify the size of the seal pipe plugging range (see Table 2, Table A.1 in Appendix A of the 1993 edition);

--- Increasing the size, basic performance, mechanical properties of the requirements (see 7.2, 7.3, 7.4);

--- Modify the sealing ring size and deviation of the technical parameters (see Table 2, Appendix C of 1993 edition Table C.1);

--- Increasing the axial force required for the seal plate (see 7.4.1);

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the plate seal pipe block (hereinafter referred to as the seal pipe block) of the drainage pipe closed gas inspection, structure type, type Number, material, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to the gravity flow circular drainage pipe closed gas seal with the manufacture and testing of plugging.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Sealed pipe plugboardboardpipestopper Pipe end of the pipe and any part of the pipe plugging device, usually in pairs with the use of sealing plate, sealing rubber ring, rubber band and stopper and so on.

Sealing rubber sealedrubberring Made of rubber material with a tubular mouth ring inflatable mouth, closed-air test, by its compressed air filled with the pipe wall closely Contact, play a sealing role.

Sealed plate

Circular plate made of plastic or metal material integrally molded or welded.

Stop retainer

Connected with the sealing plate through a bolt, made of a metal material, and the sealing pipe is blocked and fixed on the inner wall of the pipe by frictional force with the pipe wall.
