Foreword

This standard was developed with reference to DIN 4925-1.:1999 "Part 1 of Wellbore Tubing and Sleeves for Wellheads with PVC-U Sub-DN35 to DN100 threaded pipe ", DIN4925-2.:1999" with threaded hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) wells with shaft pipe and Sleeves Part 2 DN100 to DN200 Trapezoidal Thread Tubes, DIN 4925-3.:1999 "Threads with PVC-U Water Well wall pipe and casing Part 3 DN250 to DN400 trapezoidal thread pipe "series of standards, GB/T 10002.1-2006 "Water-based rigid PVC (PVC-U) pipe", and according to China's actual production and application were modified and added.

This standard compared with DIN4925.:1999, the main differences are.

--- According to the actual needs of pipe nominal diameter from 42mm ~ 450mm expanded to 110mm ~ 630mm;

--- Increased product physical and mechanical performance requirements;

--- Increased system suitability requirements;

--- Increase the inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage requirements.

1 Scope

3 Material

3.1 Production well tube material should be PVC-U mixed ingredients, material requirements shall comply with the requirements of Table 1. Mixtures used in the production of pipe should be poly Vinyl chloride (PVC) resin-based, the mass percentage of polyvinyl chloride resin content of the mixture should not be less than 85%; can be added as a producer the quality requirements of this standard pipe additives, should be evenly dispersed.

3.2 PVC resin should be consistent with GB/T 5761, resin K value should be greater than 64, vinyl chloride monomer content should be less than 5mg/kg.

3.3 The well pipe for drinking water intake shall not use lead salt stabilizer.

3.4 Allows the use of the factory production of similar products clean back materials.
