Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is CJ/T 258-2007 "fiber-reinforced random copolymer polypropylene pipe" revision, compared with CJ/T 258-2007, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Removed the scope of the system does not apply (see Chapter 1);

--- Increasing the normative references (see Chapter 2);

--- Increasing the type of pipe (see 3.1.1);

--- Added definition (see 3.1.2);

--- Added relevant symbols and abbreviations (see 3.2, 3.3);

--- Increased fiber-reinforced PP-R composite moisture test (see 4.2);

--- The linear expansion coefficient, flexural strength and flexural modulus of fiber-reinforced PP-R composites increase the MF-PPR requirements (see 4.2);

--- Removed the specification of size (see 7.3.1);

--- Added MF-PPR pipe specification sheet (see 7.3.2);

--- Increased MF-PPR pipe axial expansion coefficient test (see 7.4);

--- Modify the requirements of opacity (see 7.4);

--- Health requirements increased MF-PPR (see 7.6);

--- Modify the drop hammer impact test method (see 8.5.3).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions fiber reinforced random copolymer polypropylene pipe, symbols, abbreviations, materials, conditions of use level, Product classification, selection of pipe series S values, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transport and storage.

This standard applies to industrial and civil buildings within the cold, hot water and heating pipe system pipe production and testing.
