Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces CJ/T 199-2004 "Stainless steel for exhaust pipes for combustion appliances". Major technical changes compared to CJ/T 199-2004 the following is as follows.
--- Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);
--- Increased the corresponding requirements for aluminum exhaust pipes and non-metal feed pipes (see Chapters 5 and 6);
--- Increased tolerance for the size of the exhaust pipe (see 5.2.2);
--- Increased inter-tube connectivity (see 6.4);
--- Increased resistance to salt spray corrosion (see 6.11);
--- Increased the fit of the elastic seal to the annular groove (see 6.12);
--- Increased material properties of the exhaust pipe elastic seal (see 6.13);
--- Modified tensile strength (see 6.3, 2004 version 4.4);
--- Modified the air tightness requirements (see 6.5, 2004 version 4.4);
--- Modified the classification and model (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the 2004 edition);
--- The contents of the inspection rules are moved into the text (see Chapter 8, Appendix A of the 2004 edition);
--- Removed the clearance for the insertion of the exhaust pipe to the joint (2004 version 4.2.3).
