CJ/T 186-2018Floor drain (English PDF)

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces CJ/T 186-2003 "floor drain".

Compared with CJ/T 186-2003, the main technical contents of this standard are as follows.

--- Added terminology. floor drain, anti-dry floor drain, water injection floor drain, anti-siphon floor drain, large flow special floor drain, mechanical anti-drying parts, Self-cleaning ability, water seal capacity, water seal ratio;

--- Added technical requirements and detection methods for anti-dry floor drain, water injection floor drain, anti-siphon floor drain, and large flow special floor drain;

---Adjusted the minimum drainage flow of the floor drain;

--- Increased the technical requirements for minimum water seal volume and water seal ratio with water seal floor drain;

--- Modified the test method for floor drain drainage flow, self-cleaning capacity, and water seal stability;

--- Delete the original auxiliary appendix C "Auxiliary verbs used in the terms and conditions", and change to Appendix C "Drainage Application Conditions".

This standard was proposed by the Institute of Standardization of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Building Water Supply and Drainage Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and model, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of floor drains.

This standard applies to floor drains used in civil and industrial buildings.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

The device for excluding the ground area water or simultaneously receiving the drainage of the appliance is composed of a scorpion, a body, a discharge interface and the like.

Water seal A water storage structure for escaping harmful gases and the like in the floor drain.

The body is not drained with a water seal or other accessories.
