1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, identification, transportation and storage of tropical fruit packaging.

This standard applies to the design, production and circulation of tropical fruit packaging.

3 Classification

According to the category of tropical fruits, it can be divided into hard skin tropical fruit packaging, phloem tropical fruit packaging, thin skin tropical fruit packaging, browning.

4 Requirements

4.1 Basic requirements

4.1.1 Safe, hygienic and environmentally friendly packaging materials should be selected. Materials in direct contact with fruits should comply with the corresponding national food safety standards and production.

Product standard requirements.

4.1.2 The package size should match the weight and volume of the fruit to avoid over-packaging.

4.1.3 Packaging should have the function of delaying the oxidation of tropical fruits and inhibiting browning, and maintain the quality and color of fruits.

4.1.4 Packaging should prevent the infestation of harmful microorganisms to the maximum extent, and the preservation auxiliary materials in the packaging should meet the corresponding health and safety standards.

4.1.5 Buffering Materials should be selected to match the hardness of the fruit shell.

4.1.6 The packaging should have sufficient strength, should be resistant to pressure and shock, and have the function of protecting the inherent shape of tropical fruits, which is convenient for loading and unloading and transportation.

4.1.7 According to the characteristics of fruits, storage and transportation time, transportation tools, sales environment and other factors, use buffer packaging, thermal insulation packaging, fresh packaging, air conditioning Packaging, antibacterial packaging and other storage methods.

4.2 Hard skin tropical fruit packaging requirements

4.2.1 Packaging materials
