Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 "Standardization Work Guide Part 1. Standard Structure and Compilation".

This standard replaces BB/T 0023-2004 "paper corner". This standard is compared with BB/T 0023-2004 "paper corner", except for editorial repair in addition, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Removed the length of the rules;

--- Increased the classification, model and legend of the paper corners (see Table 1);

--- Removed the 2004 version of the 4.4 quality requirements per meter;

---Modified appearance requirements;

--- Modified the requirements of the angle;

--- Modified the moisture content requirements;

--- Added 2 types of paper corner protection longitudinal pressure resistance data table 3;

--- Added 2 types of paper corner resistance to bending force data table 5;

--- The sample processing time was changed from 72h to at least 24h;

--- Increased warpage test method;

--- Added schematic 1 of longitudinal compression test;

--- Modified the bending test schematic 2;

---Modified inspection rules;

--- Modified packaging, marking, transportation and storage.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, transportation and storage of packaging paper corners.

Claim.

This standard applies to rigid paper corners for packaging and product edge protection made by extrusion of paper and paperboard.

3 Classification and model

3.1 According to the shape, it is divided into L type, U type and special type. According to the purpose, it can be divided into Class 1 and Class 2, among which Class 1 paper corners are mainly used for mechanical properties.

Look for a higher situation. Class 2 paper corners are mainly used for low mechanical properties. The model markings are shown in Table 1.
