Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces BB/T 0018-2000 "Packaging Container Wine Bottle". Compared with BB/T 0018-2000, this standard the content of the surgery changes as follows.

---Added the color classification of wine bottles (3.1);

---Added the method of wine bottle classification according to the type of wine contained (3.2);

---Added a picture of typical wine bottle types and names of various parts (3.3);

---Modified the wine bottle specification size and thickness table, and changed it to the capacity and error table (see 4.1.1, 4.2.1.1 of the 2000 edition);

---Modified the full mouth capacity tolerance table (see 4.1.1, 4.2.2.4 of the 2000 edition);

---Modified the calculation formula of the outer diameter tolerance of the bottle body (see 4.1.3, 4.2.2.2 of the 2000 edition);

1 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and identification, packaging, transportation and storage of wine bottles.

This standard applies to glass bottles containing various types of wine.

3 Product Classification

3.1 Wine bottles can be divided into antique green, champagne green, dark green, dead leaf yellow, French green, white light color, mint green, etc. according to the color.

Color wine bottles.

3.2 According to the type of wine, it can be divided into Bordeaux bottles, Burgundy bottles, Rhein bottles, champagne bottles, sparkling wine bottles, etc., or according to users the requirements are named.

3.3 The typical wine bottle type and name of each part are shown in Figure 1.
