Scope

YY/T 1135-2008 is the English-translated version of 骨剪.

YY/T 1135-2008 is the Chinese pharmaceutical industry standard for bone scissors, the surgical instruments used to cut and trim the human skeleton.

It sorts the scissors by classification and type, among them single-joint models with straight round, curved round and bent round jaws, fitted with plain or patterned handles, and gives basic dimensions for each.

Requirements, test methods and inspection rules follow, aligned with the general technical conditions for rongeurs and scissors in YY 1122-2005, with stainless steel to GB/T 1220-2007, and marking, packaging, transport and storage close the document.

Compared with the earlier edition it widens the range of bone scissor types. It replaces YY 91135-1999 and WS2-222-1976. Issued on 17 October 2008, it has applied since 1 January 2010.

This standard replaces YY 91135-1999 "bone cut." This standard YY 91135-1999 compared to major changes are as follows.

The standard surgical instrument by the National Standardization Technical Committee and centralized.

This standard by the Shanghai Medical Devices (Group) Co., Ltd. is responsible for drafting the surgical instrument factory.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and type of bone cut, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard is applicable for cutting, trimming shears bone human skeleton used.
