Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces YY 1070-2008 "dental base/model wax" and YY 0496-2004 "dental casting wax". And YY 1070- 2008 and YY 0496-2004 compared to the main technical differences are as follows.

Including YY 1070-2008 "dental base/model wax" (ISO 12163.:1999, IDT) and YY 0496-2004 "teeth (ISO 1561.:1995, MOD).

This standard uses the translation method equivalent to ISO 15854.:2005 "Dental Casting Wax and Kita Wax".

1 Scope

This standard applies to dental cast wax and dental base wax. This standard specifies the classification and requirements of dental cast wax and dental base wax, And the corresponding test methods to determine whether the test sample meets the requirements of this standard.
