This standard is applicable to the determination of trace element content in high-purity niobium, with a determination range of 0.050mg/kg to 10mg/kg for sulfur, chlorine, and mercury, 0.001mg/kg to 100mg/kg for tungsten and molybdenum, 0.001mg/kg to 300mg/kg for tantalum, and 0.001mg/kg to 50mg/kg for other elements.
