YS/T 44-2011 is the English-translated version of 高纯锡.
YS/T 44-2011 — This standard specifies the requirements for high-purity tin, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificate and contract (Or orders) content.
This standard applies to tin containing more than 99.90% of refined tin and as raw material by electrolysis process to obtain a purity of not less than 99.999% Tin; tin with Sn-05 as raw material by Czochralski crystal purification and other processes to obtain the purity of not less than 99.9999% and 99.99999% tin. product for the preparation of high purity alloys, compound semiconductors, superconducting materials, and the solder dopant compound semiconductor, indium tin oxide target (ITO) and the like.

This standard applies to more than 99. 90% of tin and tin as raw material refined by electrolysis and other processes to obtain the purity of not less than 99. 999% tin, tin to Sn-05 as raw material purification and other craft Czochralski crystal purity obtained not less than 99. 9999% and 99. 99999% tin.
