Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces YS/T 433-2001 "Silver Concentrate". This standard compared with YS/T 433-2001, the main changes are as follows.

--- increase the product classification, according to the different grades of silver concentrate, divided into three grades;

- silver in the silver concentrate from the original not less than 3000g/t reduced to not less than 2500g/t;

--- delete the original standard "process" classification restrictions;

--- remove the lead, zinc, copper, bismuth, magnesium oxide, silica, aluminum oxide and other impurity elements of the limited requirements;

The limit of arsenic is reduced from the original 0.4% to 2.5% - increased natural radioactive limits for non-ferrous metal minerals;

--- Sampling method changed from YS/T 96 to GB/T 14263;

--- increase the 800kg and other forms of silver and other bags of specific sampling requirements;

--- delete the "inspection lot is not greater than 60t" limit;

--- increase the appearance of the product quality inspection methods;

To increase the number of samples from the original three to four;

--- increase the arbitration results and test results appear to determine the deviation of the method.

This standard is proposed by the National Committee for Standardization of Nonferrous Metals (SAC/TC243).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality forecasts and contracts (or Order form) content.

This standard applies to the silver concentrate produced by the flotation method.
