Foreword
This standard is based on GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules drafted.
Instead of the standard YS/T 265-1994 "purity lead" product standards.
Compared with this standard YS/T 265-1994 "purity lead" product standards, the main changes are as follows.
--- Chemical composition of arsenic impurity limit adjustment.
Pb-05 content of impurities arsenic limit increased from 0.5 × 10-4% revised to 0.3 × 10-4%;
Pb-06 content of impurities arsenic limit increased from 0.2 × 10-4% revised to 0.1 × 10-4%;
Pb-06 increases the impurity elements Sb, Cd, Zn, Ni content limits.
--- Increase in "inspection rules" in the "weight of each batch of products should generally be no more than 100kg";
--- Original standard "Pb-05 product with a transparent polyester film after wrapping with plastic package; Pb-06 product with glass or plastic Etc. vacuum packaging. "Amended to" after the Pb-05 product package with a transparent polyester film, plastic bags vacuum packaging; Pb-06 production Product with glass or plastic and other vacuum packaging, or by both parties agree Packing and packaging package. " this standard by the national non-ferrous metals Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC243) centralized.
This standard was drafted. Dongfang Electric Group Co., Ltd. Emei Semiconductor Materials.
