YDN 126-2009 is the English-translated version of 增值电信业务网络信息安全保障基本要求.

YDN 126-2009 — This standard specifies the value-added telecom services network and information security safeguards basic requirements, including information resources security requirements, hardware equipment and environmental safety requirements, network security requirements, platform system software safety requirements, business application system security requirements and so on.

The technical requirements in safety technology safeguards requirements refer to various devices, systems to have security features should be reflected through the functional specification of equipment and systems.

The technical requirements applicable to the construction of China's value-added telecommunications business network information security system is the value-added telecommunications service providers to build their own network information security framework, important basis for value-added telecom services operators regulators to check the implementation of security measures.
