YD/T 7044-2026 sets out the general technical requirements for deterministic computing and network convergence. They cover the overall deterministic architecture, the interface functions, and technical requirements such as awareness of the state of computing and network resources and deterministic scheduling of tasks. The document applies to scheme design and system construction for computing and network convergence that has deterministic capability.

The standard is intended for telecom operators, computing power service providers, network and computing equipment manufacturers, and system designers and integrators building networks that need predictable behavior. It is a voluntary industry standard, as shown by the /T in its code. It was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, issued on 1 June 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard.
