YD/T 7027-2026Metrics and method of public application-oriented quality evaluation for mobile internet - Instant interaction (English PDF)

YD/T 7027-2026 is the English-translated version of 面向公众应用的移动互联网网络质量评价指标和评测方法 即时交互类.

The document YD/T 7027-2026 specifies the network quality evaluation metrics and evaluation methods that apply when a mobile terminal connects to the mobile internet and uses instant interaction applications, such as real-time public applications of that kind. It addresses public-facing applications, as opposed to industry-specific ones. It applies to the evaluation of mobile internet network quality for instant interaction public applications carried out by industry regulators, telecom operators and similar bodies.

Besides regulators and telecom operators, the standard is of use to test laboratories, application service providers and measurement tool developers who assess how well a mobile network supports instant interaction services. It is a voluntary industry standard, as shown by the /T in its code. It was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, issued on 1 June 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard.
