YD/T 7000-2026 is the English-translated version of 基于SDN控制器的域内源地址验证能力增强技术要求.

This document specifies the system architecture and technical requirements for enhancing intra-domain source address validation by means of a Software Defined Networking (SDN) controller within an autonomous domain. The requirements include the management and configuration of access subnets, the centralized management and distribution of SAVNET-related configuration, and the centralized generation and distribution of source address validation rules. It applies to the research, development and deployment of source address validation systems and equipment inside network autonomous domains in which an SDN controller is deployed.

Network operators, vendors of SDN controllers and routers, and development teams working on SAVNET use it. The standard is voluntary, as the /T in its code shows. It was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on 1 June 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard.
