It applies to the development and application of the transaction information processing function in public blockchain network security monitoring and analysis systems. Developers of monitoring systems, operators of such platforms and organizations that rely on shared blockchain transaction data are the likely users. The standard is voluntary. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued it on 1 June 2026, and it takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard.
