YD/T 6941-2026 is the English-translated version of 挂载通信基站的智慧多功能杆（塔）抗风技术要求和测试方法.

YD/T 6941-2026 specifies the wind resistance technical requirements and test methods for smart multifunctional poles (towers) that carry communication base stations.

It applies to the design, production and testing of such pole (tower) products with a height of 20 metres or less. It does not deal with the foundation part of the pole or tower. Other smart multifunctional poles (towers) may use it as a reference.

Pole designers, manufacturers and test laboratories are its main users, and operators or purchasers can refer to it when specifying products. It is a voluntary industry standard, as the /T in the code shows, approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It was issued on 1 June 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard.
