YD/T 6930-2026 is the English-translated version of 人工智能 产品服务 生成式人工智能图片生成平台能力要求.

The document sets out capability requirements for generative artificial intelligence image generation platforms, meaning platforms that create pictures with generative AI models. The requirements are grouped under three headings: the generation capability of the platform, its service capability and its supporting capability.

It is intended for the technology providers who develop image generation platform products and build the related services, and for the organisations that apply such platforms and need to choose between products. It is a voluntary industry standard, shown by the /T in its code, approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It was issued on 1 June 2026 and comes into force on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard and does not replace an earlier edition.
