YD/T 6922-2026 is the English-translated version of 人工智能 关键基础技术 面向端侧设备的大模型技术要求.

The document sets out the technical requirements for large models oriented to terminal-side devices, that is, models that provide service capability on end devices. It regulates the model capability, model adaptation and model service of such large models.

It applies to the planning, development, selection and acceptance of large model solutions that provide service capability for terminal-side devices in all fields, and gives technical providers and users of such models a specification and a reference. Developers of device-side models, device manufacturers and organizations that buy these solutions are typical users. It is a product standard and voluntary, as the /T in the code shows. It was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, issued on 1 June 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard.
