YD/T 6921-2026 is the English-translated version of 人工智能 关键基础技术 大模型基准测试.

This document specifies the indicator requirements for benchmark testing of large models and the methods for carrying out the benchmark tests. It is meant as a reference for organizations that develop, apply and research large models.

It applies to guiding model developers in building a benchmark testing capability, verifying the capability of their models and identifying directions for improvement. It also supports organizations that use large models in selection and acceptance work, and supports research organizations in monitoring model capability on a continuing basis. The /T in the code marks a voluntary standard. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved it; it was issued on 1 June 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard and does not replace an earlier edition.
