YD/T 6919-2026 is the English-translated version of 人工智能 基础共性 企业智能化成熟度评估模型.

YD/T 6919-2026 specifies the general capabilities that an enterprise should have to develop its intelligence. It sets capability requirements for the main capability domains: intelligence strategy, intelligence talent system, intelligence technical architecture, intelligence application modes, management and operation, quality and results, and security assurance. The result is an assessment model for the maturity of enterprise intelligence.

The document applies to guiding enterprises of all kinds to use the model, based on their own resources and technical foundation, to explore a maturity path that suits their development interests. Enterprise managers, digital transformation teams and organizations that carry out maturity assessments are typical users. It is voluntary, as the /T in the code shows. It was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, issued on 1 June 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard.
