YD/T 6867-2026 sets out the basic requirements for the application of cryptography in cloud resource pools of mobile telecommunication networks. It describes the system architecture of the cloud resource pool and the technical and management needs for cryptography, gives general requirements, and then gives the cryptography application technical requirements for the second, third and fourth levels. The document is used to guide and regulate the planning, construction, operation and evaluation of cryptography applications in these cloud resource pools.

Users include mobile network operators, cloud resource pool builders and equipment vendors, security designers, and the organizations that carry out cryptography application assessment. It is a voluntary standard (code with /T). It was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, issued on 15 April 2026 and takes effect on 1 August 2026. It is a new standard.
