YD/T 6849-2026 is the English-translated version of 基于IPv6多种标识的DDoS攻击识别技术要求.
YD/T 6849-2026 proposes an overall framework and a reference execution flow for identifying DDoS attacks on the basis of multiple IPv6 identifiers, and specifies the technical requirements for carrying out that identification. It applies to network operators and anti-DDoS service providers that work in an environment supporting multi-level source address authenticity based on SAVA, where several users take part and DDoS attacks are identified by means of multiple identifiers.
Network operators, anti-DDoS service providers, and developers of detection equipment are the intended users. The document is voluntary (code with /T) and was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It was issued on 15 April 2026 and takes effect on 1 August 2026. It is a new standard and does not replace an earlier edition. The English translation gives overseas vendors and researchers the full framework, the reference flow and the technical requirements in one text.
