This document specifies technical requirements for the overall architecture of the secure and trusted communication system in the mobile Internet. It covers the system architecture and the definition of the network elements and modules that make up the system. It is the general part of a series on this system, setting out how the system is organised and what each element is responsible for. It applies to the design, research and development, testing and similar activities for the overall architecture of the secure and trusted communication system in the mobile Internet.

The standard is voluntary (code with /T). System designers, developers, equipment suppliers, telecom operators and test laboratories working on trusted communication in the mobile Internet are the intended users. It was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, issued on 15 April 2026 and takes effect on 1 August 2026. It is a new standard.
