YD/T 6810-2026 specifies security technical requirements for consumer health terminals that connect through the mobile Internet, such as personal health monitoring devices. The requirements cover hardware security, system software security, application software security, identification and authentication, access control, network communication capability, data security, cryptographic security, log recording and the security of the management client. It applies to the design, development and assessment of consumer health terminals that access the mobile Internet.

The standard is voluntary (code with /T). Terminal manufacturers, software developers, assessment bodies and test laboratories will find it relevant, and buyers can use it as a basis when specifying security expectations for such products. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved it; it was issued on 15 April 2026 and takes effect on 1 August 2026. It is a new standard.
