YD/T 6802-2026 specifies the evaluation scope, evaluation indicators and evaluation methods for deep synthesis detection technology, meaning technology that detects forged network audio and video, used by information service providers. It guides capability testing by providers of deep synthesis audio and video services and by developers of the detection technology, and selection testing by users of that technology. It also applies to capability evaluation of detection by third-party evaluators.

Service providers, technology developers, users and third-party evaluators are typical users. It is a voluntary industry standard (code with /T). It was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, issued on 15 April 2026 and takes effect on 1 August 2026. It is a new standard.
