YD/T 6796.1-2026 specifies the functional requirements, security requirements and management requirements for the enterprise-side system for managing non-profit internet information services. It is Part 1 of the series and gives the overall requirements. It guides licensed telecom businesses, namely internet access service providers, mini-program distribution platform enterprises, mobile application distribution platform enterprises and smart terminal manufacturers, in building such a management system.

System developers working for these enterprises can also use it as a basis for design. It is a voluntary industry standard (code with /T). It was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, issued on 15 April 2026 and takes effect on 1 August 2026. It is a new standard.
