YD/T 6773-2026 specifies the technical requirements for traffic aggregation and distribution devices that support multi-rule lists. It covers the functional requirements for interface management, packet identification and parsing, packet rule matching, and packet processing and forwarding, together with requirements for service performance indicators. It applies to the design, research and development, testing and evaluation of such devices in telecommunication networks and the internet.

The document is used by equipment manufacturers who design and develop aggregation and distribution devices, by telecommunication operators that evaluate them for their networks, and by test laboratories. It is a voluntary standard issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on 15 April 2026 and effective from 1 August 2026. It is a new standard.
