YD/T 6749-2026 is the English-translated version of 面向行业应用的移动互联网网络质量评价指标和评测方法视觉实时类.

YD/T 6749-2026 specifies the evaluation indicators and evaluation methods for assessing the quality of the mobile internet network from the viewpoint of real-time vision industry applications. It covers the selection of evaluation indicators, the requirements for evaluation tools, the evaluation conditions, the evaluation procedure and the calculation methods for the evaluation indicators. It applies to industry authorities, telecommunication operators and third-party testing bodies that evaluate mobile internet network quality for real-time vision industry applications.

Beyond those groups, equipment suppliers and industry users of real-time vision applications can use it to understand how network quality is measured for their services. It is a voluntary industry standard (YD/T) approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and prepared under the China Communications Standards Association. It was issued on 11 March 2026 and takes effect on 1 June 2026. It is a new standard and does not replace an earlier edition.
