This standard specifies technical requirements for the service orchestration system (or module) that is part of the operation and management of computing and network convergence. The requirements cover the objects to be managed and orchestrated, the solution design process and the functions of collaborative orchestration management.

It is intended as a reference for service providers, solution providers and infrastructure manufacturers in computing and network convergence when they carry out operation and management work. System developers and operators planning orchestration platforms can also use it. YD/T 6695-2026 is a voluntary standard approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, issued on 11 March 2026 and effective from 1 June 2026. It is a new standard.
