YD/T 6687-2026 is the English-translated version of 基于SRv6的软件定义广域网络（SD-WAN）路由安全总体技术要求.

This standard specifies technical requirements for routing security in a software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) based on SRv6. It addresses the key technical requirements for protecting the SRv6 trusted domain at the device layer, the network layer and the service layer.

It applies to SD-WAN service providers, SD-WAN solution providers, SD-WAN infrastructure manufacturers and similar organizations. They can use it when designing and building secure SRv6-based SD-WAN products and services, and enterprise buyers can refer to it when setting security expectations. YD/T 6687-2026 is a voluntary standard approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It was issued on 11 March 2026 and takes effect on 1 June 2026. It is a new standard.
