YD/T 4405.7-2026 is the English-translated version of 医疗云计算评估方法 第7部分：人工智能医疗云应用.

Part 7 of the YD/T 4405 series sets requirements for the testing and assessment of artificial intelligence applications delivered through a medical cloud. The requirements mainly cover the technical requirements for the application and their assessment, and the requirements for artificial intelligence service capability and their assessment.

The document is intended to guide medical institutions in selecting, evaluating and accepting artificial intelligence medical cloud application products, and to guide healthcare information technology companies in developing and improving such products. It is used by hospitals and other medical institutions, by healthcare software vendors and by assessment bodies. It is a voluntary standard, as shown by the /T in its code. It was approved and issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on 1 June 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard.
