Technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and packaging, marking, transportation and storage of monocular ground splints for grounding. This standard applies to three-eye single-channel steel stranded plywood, three-eye double-slot steel stranded plywood, and single-eye grounding splint used in overhead communication lines.
