YD/T 3218-2017 — This standard specifies the QoS capabilities of cloud computing data center network equipment in intelligent communication networks, QoS policy management, flow classification technology, traffic shaping technology, queue and scheduling technology (including congestion control technology), flow labeling technology, Qos statistics and QoS Performance and other requirements.

This standard is applicable to the QoS guarantee requirements of cloud computing data center network equipment when providing cloud computing services to cloud service users through cloud computing networks.

In this standard, cloud computing data centers refer to data centers that belong to the same cloud service provider (CSP) and can be distributed across multiple geographical areas.

However, logically unified data centers such as network connectivity and resource management do not involve different clouds.
