This standard is only applicable to 1 or 2 pairs of Category 3/Category 5 twisted pairs, using the 2D-PAM3 encoding method, and to 4 pairs of Category 5 twisted pairs, using the 4D-PAM5 encoding method, at 10M/100Mbps.
