YC/T 559-2018 — This standard specifies the alkaloids characteristic of tobacco (nicotine, N-methyl-Fake squid, nornicotine, mesmin, pseudo-ergoline, beta-diene smoke).
Determination of alkali, neonicotinoid, 2,3'-bipyridyl, beta-diene nornicotine, cotinine by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method.
This standard applies to tobacco and tobacco products, electronic cigarette smoke, smokeless tobacco products and other samples of tobacco characteristic components alkaloids (smoke Alkali, N-methyl-Falcomycin, nornicotine, mesmin, pseudo-ermatodine, beta-dienstone, neonicotinoid, 2,3'-bipyridyl, beta-diene nornicotine ,can for the determination of tonine, the gum base type tobacco product can be used for reference.
Among them, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is applicable to 10 alkaloids in the sample. Conventional testing, gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry is suitable for the confirmation of 9 alkaloids (not nicotine) in the sample.
