1 Scope

This section YC/T 271 specifies the machine tobacco machinery products and technical information morphological appearance design and technical specifications.

This section applies to tobacco products mechanical machine design and technical information.

3 Whole appearance and technical information

3.1 Whole appearance

The whole appearance shall meet the following requirements.

--- On the hinge cover, handles, locks, etc. should be in the same line of highly visual;

--- Within visual range of the machine adjacent to the outer surface of the same material it should have the same surface structure;

--- Door, spacing between the shield should be 6mm, the door guard to the outer edge of the pitch of the machine should be 3mm;

--- And the thickness of the shield doors generally should be 25mm;

--- Within the visible range of the whole operating elements, such as switches, display devices, etc., shall each have the same appearance;

--- The whole height from the ground should be 90mm;

--- Component within the whole visible range, such as electric generators, drive motor, fan, fan, fan shroud, arched handles, hinges, Lock the main switch handle, machine feet, fasteners, etc., as well as the air conditioner or air conditioning unit mounted inside the machine, the appearance of a color Generally should be dark glossy black;

--- Unrestricted placement means, such as cooling unit, dedusting unit, supply voltage regulator device, cabinet and other visible surface paint Color should be customer-specific color;

Note 1. The customer-specific paint color refers to the color of customer requirements.

--- Within the whole range of non-visual components of the paint colors neutral color for customers;

NOTE 2. Customers neutral color means no special requirements, the enterprise custom paint colors.

There should be no screw terminal inside --- the whole visible range.
