3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions established in Appendix B of the Cigarette Process Specification apply to this part of YC/T 214.
A continuous, automated production line of equipment required for the entire process of filament expansion using carbon dioxide as the medium.
Note 1. According to the requirements of sharding and centralized control, the CO2 expanded wire production line generally consists of feeding section, impregnation device, sublimation device, resurgence machine, discharge section, etc.
composition.
Note 2. The main function of the feed section is the preparation of the leaf wire. Different equipment can be selected according to the different requirements of the tobacco factory process. When the raw material adopts the finished tobacco sheet, the feed is fed.
The section can be configured with direct resurgence, storage cabinet, leaf-leaving machine, wire cutter, wire storage cabinet and other major equipment; when the raw material is made of wire, the feeding section can be equipped with a reflow machine and storage.
Main equipment such as silk cabinets.
Note 3. The impregnation device, sublimation device and resurgence machine are the three main engines of the expanded blade. Generally, there are fixed configurations, which should not be changed too much, but according to the production capacity.
Different, configure different specifications and models.
Note 4. The main function of the discharge section is the transportation and storage of the expanded leaf of the finished product. Different equipment can be selected according to the different requirements of the tobacco factory process. Generally optional Choose equipment such as storage or direct packing.
