Foreword

YC/T 12 "Tobacco Machinery Product Process Document" is divided into the following sections.

This part is the sixth part of YC/T 12. This part replaces YC/T 12.6-1993 "Tobacco Machinery Product Process Document Management" Use process file format. The main changes in this section compared with YC/T 12.6-1993 are as follows.

--- Cancel the Appendix A of the 1993 edition and move its contents to the relevant provisions (1993 edition format A1, format A2; this edition 3.1 format 19, format 19a), (1993 edition of A1, A2; this edition of 4.2.19), (1993 edition of format A3; this edition 3.2);

--- Change the format size of the format of "Process Verification Book" and "Technical Document Change Notice" from 210mm × 148mm to A4 Face (Format 15, Format 16 of the 1993 edition; Format 16, Format 17 of this edition).

This part is proposed by the National Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.

This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Tobacco Standardization Technical Committee (TC144).

1 Scope

This part of YC/T 12 specifies the format of the process documentation for the management of tobacco machinery products and the basic requirements and methods for their filling.

This section applies to the preparation of process documents for the management of tobacco machinery products.

2 Normative references

The terms in the following documents become the provisions of this part by reference to this part of YC/T 12. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this section, however, an agreement is encouraged under this section.

The parties are studying whether the latest version of these documents can be used. For undated references, the latest edition applies to this section.

3.1 According to the provisions of YC/T 12.1-2006, this section specifies the following management process file formats.

Note. The contents of ( ) are customized according to requirements, such as painting, heat treatment, surface treatment and other parts list.

3.2 This section specifies the first page of each management process file format, and its continuation page can be replaced by the first page.

3.3 The format of each column can be adjusted as needed for each format, but the format size should not be changed.
