Foreword

YC/T 12 "Tobacco Machinery Product Process Document" is divided into the following sections.

--- Part 6. Management process file format;

--- Part 7. Numbering method;

--- Part 8. Process quota preparation;

--- Part 9. Change method.

This part is the second part of YC/T 12. This part replaces YC/T 12.2-1993 "Tobacco Machinery Product Process Document Process Design". The main changes in this section compared to YC/T 12.2-1993 are as follows.

--- canceled the "general requirements" (Chapter 3 of the 1993 edition);

--- Added "terms and definitions" (Chapter 3 of this edition).

This part is proposed by the National Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.

This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Tobacco Standardization Technical Committee (TC144).

1 Scope

This part of YC/T 12 specifies the design principles, design basis, classification, design content and design review of the tobacco mechanical product process plan.

Batch procedures, etc.

This section applies to the design of the tobacco mechanical product process plan.

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this part of YC/T 12.

Classification of the degree of specialization of production (or workshop, section, team, work place). Generally divided into mass production, batch production and single piece Three types are produced.

3 Design principles

3.1 The design process plan should fully consider the production cycle, cost, environmental protection and flexible manufacturing technology while ensuring product quality.

3.2 The advanced technology and equipment at home and abroad should be actively adopted.

4 Design basis

The basis for the design of the process plan is as follows.

a) product drawings and related technical documents;

b) product production outline;

c) the type of production or stage of production of the product;

d) the existing production conditions of the enterprise;

e) Process technical information of similar products at home and abroad;

f) Relevant technical policies.

Note. The production stage refers to prototype production, small batch trial production and formal production.
