This part is the first part of YC/T 10.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This part replaces YC/T 10.1-2006 "General technical conditions for tobacco machinery Part 1. Machined parts", and Compared with YC/T 10.1-2006, the main technical changes except editorial changes are as follows.
---Modified "quenched workpiece" as "heat treated workpiece" (see 3.9, 3.9 of 2006 edition);
--- Increased other requirements for workpiece processing (see 3.13~3.15);
--- Increased tolerance requirements for common thread accuracy not specified (see 4.2.4);
--- Increased surface requirements for threaded workpieces after rolling (see 4.2.5);
--- Added "undercut" requirements (see 4.5);
--- Added "synchronous pulley" requirements (see 4.6);
--- Added "handling and storage" requirements (see Chapter 5).
This part is proposed by the National Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.
This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Tobacco Standardization Technical Committee Smoke Machine Subcommittee (SAC/TC144/SC3).

3 General requirements
3.1 The machined surface of the machined part (hereinafter referred to as the workpiece) shall be free of defects such as scratches, bumps, burning, and rust.
3.2 The finished and semi-finished products of the workpiece shall have no sharp corners, burrs and sharp edges. Workpieces that require sharp edges should be noted on the drawing.
3.3 When the chamfer height is not indicated on the workpiece pattern, it shall be chamfered as specified in Table 1.
Table 1 Chamfer height in millimeters
Workpiece diameter D(d) <=5 >5~30 >30~100 >100~250 >250~500 >500~1000 >1000 45° chamfer height C 0.2 0.5 1 2 3 4 5
3.4 If the radius of the rounding is not indicated in the workpiece drawing and there is no requirement for clearing the root, it shall be rounded as specified in Table 2.
Table 2 Rounding units are in millimeters
Workpiece diameter D(d) <=4 >4~12 >12~30 >30~80 >80~140 >140~200 >200 Rounding radius r 0.4 1 2 4 8 12 20 Note. Refer to this table for rounding of non-cylindrical faces.
