XF 480-2023 was issued by Ministry of Emergency Management on 19 July 2023 and has been in force since 19 January 2024.

2 Scope

This standard specifies the models and codes of fire safety signs, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, defines terms and definitions, and describes test methods. This standard applies to all types of fire safety signs that convey fire safety information to the public.
