This standard specifies the composition, assembly performance, technical requirements of parts and components, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging, as well as storage and transportation of elastic type II fasteners. This standard is applicable to the type II fasteners for rails with broken track concrete sleepers of 60 kg/m or 75 kg/m on the straight and curved lines of the passenger and freight co-line railways with a radius of not less than 295 m and various railway station lines.
